With a rich history dating back to the post-war era, OMFB has evolved into a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components, specializing in power take-offs (PTOs) for pumps and motors. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by being one of the first companies to achieve ISO:9001 certification in the industry.

Officially starting as a spare parts manufacturer for Italian, American, English and German trucks during the 1950 post-war rebuilding reconstruction. OMFB was one of the first companies to gain ISO:9001 certification in the industry. After taking part in European industrial trade shows, the company extended its reach as export activities for AD/DC power packs and Power Take-Off (PTO) were shipped to foreign markets.

OMFB pioneered the redesign of the manufacturing process: moving production lines to a 200 sqm location while assembly lines remain in the existing one.

Power take-off (PTO) is a device that transfers an engine’s mechanical power to another piece of equipment. A PTO allows the hosting energy source to transmit power to additional equipment that does not have its own engine or motor.
